Established in 2001, Night Oak, LLC is a commercial real estate property investment and management company. We are a family business that cares about our tenants, investors, lenders, vendors and how we interact with the communities we serve.
We started with just one building where we fine-tuned the details associated with property management. That approach and focus on quality has evolved into what we now call the Active Management System.
Active Management allows us to deliver above market rates of return to our investors and deliver best in class facilities to our tenants. Although this process is not patented, there are substantial barriers to its implementation that are not easy to duplicate.
Over our 20 plus years we have been able to achieve vacancy rates that are a fraction of other buildings within the markets we serve. Investors, lenders and tenants benefit with Active Management.
Meet the Team

Frank is the Managing Director of Night Oak, LLC. He oversees all real estate investments and property management operations. Frank handles financial strategy, deal sourcing, structuring, financing, and maintains commercial banking and credit relationships.
With a Finance degree from San Diego State University and advanced management courses at Pepperdine University, Frank brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and has previously held a Series 7 securities license and a California Insurance License. His background in both real estate and high technology ensures Night Oak’s continued success and growth.

Katherine excels in property management and investor relations. She oversees daily operations, ensures property upkeep, and identifies new investment opportunities. Night Oak LLC is aggressively seeking to acquire commercial property in Southern Nevada and the San Diego region. We specialize in the Industrial sub group. While we have invested in other locations and property types and may do so again, our methodology yields the best results in markets we know well. This familiarity allows us to deliver the high-touch approach necessary for achieving above-market returns.
